Refund and Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of MOSHI garments. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below:

1. Returns
   You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Returns are not applicable on custom or made-to-order garments.

2. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
   We offer exchanges for size or defects, subject to stock availability.
4. Damaged Products
   If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@moshi.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
